Due to the nature of our products (tea and other food items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@aotea.store with photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
This policy complies with EU consumer protection regulations regarding perishable goods.
